• Wrote, edited and coordinated production of UNICEF advocacy reports and briefs on migration and displacement, and progress towards the child-related SDGs (A Child Is a Child: Protecting children on the move from violence, abuse and exploitation,Harrowing Journeys: Children and youth on the move across the Mediterranean Sea, at risk of trafficking and exploitation,A Call to Action: Protecting children on the move starts with better data,Progress for Every Child in the SDG era).

• DraftedEngaging children and young people on UNICEF's Strategic Plan, 2022-2025, to amplify young people’s voices and highlight their key concerns and recommendations for the organization and policymakers, as expressed in consultations.

• Drafted and edited UNICEF Strategic Plans for2022–2025 and2026-2029. Worked with strategic planning colleagues to ensure that narratives captured the magnitude of challenges facing children and UNICEF; highlighted opportunities for meaningful progress; articulated the organization’s strategic shifts, responded to political sensitivities, and offered an ambitious, forward-looking vision.

• Drafted and edited Annual Reports of the Executive Director of UNICEF  for 2017-2025, including midterm review reports (2019, 2023). Synthesized inputs from across the organization to showcase the organization’s results and express its vision and ambition. • Editorial lead and writer forWe Rise: Getting to zero gender-based violence. Worked with technical team, web developers, data analysts and designers to create programmatic data dashboard; wrote human interest stories, highlighting the resilience of survivors and the partnerships and approaches required for social and policy change.

• Editorial lead and writer for8 trends for a world of 8 billion people, highlighting and contextualizing key demographic trends and their nuanced impacts. Wrote companion story,What does it mean to live in a world of 8 billion people, and counting?, to emphasize that policy choices will determine the impacts of population change.

• Editorial lead and writer for award-winning advocacy campaign websites:A Piece of Me (2020 Webby Award for Best Use of Video or Moving Image, 2020 Shorty Award for Best Global Campaign) andSafe Birth, Even Here (2019 Webby People’s Voice Award for Best Practices in Features and Design). 

• Drafted and edited news stories for UNFPA.org website to highlight urgent challenges facing communities around the world; amplify the voices of women and girls; spotlight the work of the organization and its partners, including donors; and showcase its positive impact. Edited, rewrote and adapted materials from across the organization, including stories, case studies and videos from country offices; undertook original research, reporting, and interviews. Drafted communications materials, includingFour ways consulting persons with disabilities makes the UN work better.
