Review of Consolidated Appeals Process (CAP)

Managed and oversaw the preparation and launchings of the U.N. Consolidated Appeals Process (CAP) totalling over $1.6b in support of humanitarian assistance in emergency countries globally. This involved a comprehensive evaluation of the CAP methodology, and led to a major revision of the mechanism, resulting in the IASC-approved 19-point recommendations for the New Agenda for Strengthening the CAP.
