Review & Evaluation of OCHA (Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) Management

Led the first review of OCHA’s structures and management in 2000, resulting in a comprehensive set of recommendations that formed the basis of a change management plan. His efforts led to the structural, thematic and management reorganization of the office between New York and Geneva. Finally, the Change Management Plan based on the OCHA Review Recommendations was reviewed endorsed and approved by the first OCHA Management Retreat.
